What will be done?
The agreement covers the preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the pedestrian and cycling bridge, including lighting, over the Bóbr River at Gdańska Street, as well as obtaining a final building permit decision.
The detailed scope of the design and cost-estimate work includes preparing:
1) a bridge reconstruction concept,
2) a building design together with a technical design,
3) an executive design,
4) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works,
5) bills of quantities,
6) an investor’s cost estimate.
