Update
As established by the Bolesławiec police, the driver of the Suzuki, a 40-year-old resident of Złotoryja County, failed to give way to the Audi. The at-fault driver was taken to hospital for examinations. Fortunately, however, she did not suffer any more serious injuries.
The 40-year-old was fined.
The incident occurred on Friday, 13 February, before 11:00 a.m., at the intersection of Kubika and Kutuzowa streets in Bolesławiec. Two cars collided there. (Drivers can expect difficulties in this section; part of Kubika Street is blocked).
At the scene: firefighters, police officers, an emergency medical team and a representative of the road administrator.
Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
