The incident occurred on 28 January, at approximately 3:40 p.m. Officers:
The duty officer at the Command Post of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Złotoryja received a report of an accident on the 69th kilometre of the A4 motorway towards Legnica.
As it turned out, two passenger cars and one heavy goods vehicle were involved in the incident. The Command: “All participants were outside the vehicles—they left them under their own power.”
The firefighters’ actions consisted of securing the scene, disconnecting the power supply in the vehicles and shutting off the gas supply in one of the cars.
One person was injured. The police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
