During the proceedings, it turned out that this was only the beginning. A check of the driver in police systems showed that he was wanted and was driving a vehicle despite a valid court-imposed driving ban.
Moreover, it emerged that the aforementioned 37-year-old from Bolesławiec was under the influence of a narcotic substance. The vehicle, meanwhile, had not been registered in Poland, and the registration plates... came from another car.
The result? The officers: – As a result, the driver was detained, and further actions were taken to clarify the circumstances of the incident and bring charges against him in accordance with the applicable regulations. He faces up to 5 years in prison for the offences committed.
