As we have established, a truck trailer became detached and a streetlamp was damaged. At this time, the road is impassable in both directions.
A vehicle transporting concrete elements was leaving the roundabout onto the bridge. The trailer detached and slid, breaking a streetlamp and a road sign. The vehicle stopped and blocked traffic.
The exit from the roundabout onto the Bóbr and the entire bridge are closed.
Three fire service units and the police are at the scene. An emergency power service has also been dispatched.
Firefighters from the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec, using lifting platforms, raised the trailer, which made it possible to reconnect it to the tractor unit. The operation lasted over an hour and ended successfully. The truck with its trailer left the scene.
