As of October 1, the position of Secretary of Bolesławiec municipality has been held by Gabriela Błoniarz.
Gabriela Błoniarz holds a master's degree in administration from the University of Wrocław. She worked for 22 years at the Osiecznica Municipal Office, where, from 2007 until taking up the position of Secretary of Bolesławiec municipality, she served as Head of the Civil Registry Office, gaining extensive experience and administrative skills. Since May 2024, she has been a councillor of Bolesławiec County and works for the benefit of all residents of Bolesławiec County.
The Secretary is responsible for the Office's Organizational, Civil Affairs and Social Affairs Department, performs tasks related to ensuring the efficient operation of the Bolesławiec Municipal Office, particularly coordinating activities and the flow of information between organizational units, and carries out other tasks assigned by the Head of Bolesławiec municipality. The Secretary also oversees organizational units such as the Municipal Culture and Sports Centre, the Municipal School Services Unit and the Municipal Social Welfare Centre.
