The salary of director Kornel Filipowicz in 2024 amounted to PLN 202,372.80, PLN 19,673.60 more than in 2023. In addition, there was PLN 24,130 annually (the supervisory board of MZGK) and PLN 48,733.28 annually for personally performed activities. These are all amounts for 2024, as data for 2025 will not be known until several months from now. In 2024, the director earned PLN 16,865 per month; a year earlier, his monthly salary was PLN 15,225.
This year, Director Filipowicz estimates that revenue from the activities of BOK – MCC will be nearly PLN 450,000 lower. At the same time, the subsidy for the center from the city budget will increase by PLN 259,740 compared with the previous year. The total BOK – MCC budget is PLN 10.8 million (PLN 186,474 less than in the previous year). In the center’s budget, Kornel Filipowicz also planned capital expenditures of PLN 480,000.

- Subsidy from the city budget: PLN 4,272,800
Last year, BOK -MCC organized, among other things, workshops for schools and other entities (including American soldiers), Bolesławiec Senior Citizens’ Day and a gala recognizing promotion of the city, using its budget.
Kornel Filipowicz did not share information about which events he will organize in 2026. He replied laconically that he plans to organize many cultural and entertainment events. We asked for a detailed plan and are waiting for a response.
