The incident occurred on 15 January. Firefighters:
at 4:30 a.m., the duty officer at the command post of the County Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Złotoryja received a report of a delivery vehicle fire on the A4 motorway, near the village of Wojciechów.
Upon arrival at the scene, it was established that the fire had been caused by an electrical system failure.
One person was travelling in the vehicle and left it unaided before the emergency services arrived.
Uniformed officers:
The firefighters secured the scene and applied extinguishing agent (heavy foam) to the burning vehicle; the fire was extinguished. During the operation, traffic on the A4 motorway used one lane.
