It has turned cold, so icicles have appeared beneath the viaduct spans. And although at first glance they may seem harmless, in reality they pose a serious danger. Why? At any moment, they may break off due to temperature changes, wind or vibrations caused by passing trains. A falling icicle, especially from such a great height, can cause serious injuries to pedestrians.
Therefore, we appeal to the responsible authority to take action, and to those walking near the viaduct to exercise caution.
