District police officers from Bolesławiec detained a resident of one of the villages in Bolesławiec Municipality, known to officers from previous drug-related cases. The man was spotted in the city centre and attempted to flee when he saw the uniformed officers. The police quickly caught up with and detained him.
The result? The police report: – During the search, several portions of marijuana were found on the 39-year-old.
That was not the end of the matter. The district officers then went to the 39-year-old’s home, where they found a significantly larger quantity of drugs.
As the officers point out:
There was no need to search for long, as the marijuana was lying on a table in the central part of the room.
The man has already been charged with possession of narcotic substances, for which he faces up to three years in prison.
