On May 28–29, the Polish Senior and Junior Multi-Event Championships were held in Toruń. The bronze medal in the decathlon was won by Marcin Zgodziński, an athlete with Międzyszkolny Klub Sportowy Bolesłavia. The silver medal in the heptathlon went to Karolina Kędzia, representing AZS AWF Wrocław, who until recently competed in Bolesłavia’s colors.
Another athlete from Bolesławiec, Patryk Pieczarka, finished 10th in the decathlon. Meanwhile, Katarzyna Jankowska placed 11th in the heptathlon.
