The incident occurred during the night of November 23–24 in Pobiedna. The café and concert hall were engulfed in flames. As reported by eluban.pl:

When firefighters arrived at the scene, the wooden concert hall, together with its annex and metal container, was practically already smoldering.

And it adds:

The concert hall and café burned down. Concerts, exhibitions and cultural events had been organized there for several years. The venue was created through the work of its owners and many volunteers. For several years, it had also hosted the Izerbejdżan punk-rock festival in the Jizera Mountains, known throughout Poland.

Fortunately, no one was hurt. Police are investigating the causes and circumstances of the incident.
