Developer sold Vendo Parks for PLN 1.3 billion! What about the facility on Staroszkolna Street?

As reported by “Rzeczpospolita”:

Trei Real Estate sold its portfolio of retail parks to a consortium of Ares and Slate companies.

The newspaper adds that the developer sold 36 retail parks operating under the Vendo brand in Poland for over EUR 300 million (PLN 1.3 billion). Why? According to reports by “Rzeczpospolita,” Trei Real Estate wants to focus on the market in the United States. (Importantly, the transaction still requires approval from UOKiK).

What does this mean for Bolesławiec? Will there be further delays? Will anything change? For now, it is not known. We will certainly return to the topic.
