“Wednesdays with KSeF” is a series of free training sessions and webinars organised by the Ministry of Finance to help businesses prepare for the implementation of the mandatory National e-Invoice System.

Meetings will be held on Wednesdays, both in person and online, so that everyone can participate in a convenient format. The series will begin on 24 September 2025 and continue until mid-December 2025.
The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) is a system used to issue, send, receive and store structured invoices.
The obligation to issue invoices through KSeF will take effect from:
- 1 February 2026 for businesses whose sales value, including tax, exceeded PLN 200 million in 2024,
- 1 April 2026 for all other businesses.
For the smallest taxpayers, whose transactions involve small amounts (with total monthly sales of up to PLN 10,000), the implementation deadline will be postponed until 1 January 2027.

Each meeting is an opportunity to gain knowledge, ask experts questions and exchange experiences with other participants.
