The incident occurred on Friday, October 3, in the late morning, on the winding road between Pilchowice and Maciejowiec. As reported by lwowecki.info:
Preliminary information indicates that two vehicles collided on a sharp bend in the road—a truck traveling from the direction of Maciejowiec and a passenger car coming from the direction of Pilchowice.
The passenger car left the road after the collision. The Mercedes driver was taken to hospital. Unfortunately, the 48-year-old woman, a resident of Lwówek County, died in hospital as a result of her injuries.
As reported by the eluban.pl website, the police confirmed the woman's death.
