As we read on the social media profile of the Wójt of Gmina Warta Bolesławiecka:
It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we received the news of the death of our Colleague and Co-worker, the late Łucja Zarówna.
Ms Łucja had been a social worker since 1989. Throughout all these years, she served the residents of our gmina with immense dedication, empathy and professionalism. Her daily work was not merely the performance of her duties, but above all an expression of concern for another person—especially someone in a difficult life situation.
She devoted her whole heart and being to the problems of those in her care. She always put their needs first, seeking practical solutions, offering support and giving hope where it was most lacking. For many people, her presence was an invaluable source of comfort and a sense of security.
She recently retired after a well-deserved career—with the hope that she would finally find time for herself, her loved ones and rest. Unfortunately, fate chose another path. She passed away far too soon, leaving behind an emptiness and grief that are difficult to accept.
And adds:
We will remember her as a warm, kind and extraordinarily dedicated person with a great sense of humor. Her presence on our team was priceless—she was always ready to help, talk and take action. She was a model social worker—not only because of her many years of experience, but above all because of the heart she put into her work.
On behalf of myself, the employees of the Warta Bolesławiecka Gmina Office, the entire GOPS and GCK teams, the Warta Bolesławiecka Gmina Council, and everyone who had the honor of working with her, I extend my sincerest condolences to her Family and Loved Ones.
We share your pain and mourning.
Rest in peace.
Thank you for everything you left behind—in our work and in our hearts.
Wójt of Gmina Warta Bolesławiecka

The late Łucja Zarówna was one of the victims of Saturday’s pileup on the S8. As se.pl wrote about the tragedy:se.pl:
Falling asleep at the wheel is the probable, though still preliminary, cause of the accident on the S8 near Oleśnica. On Saturday, September 27, two people died in a collision involving four vehicles—a truck, a Škoda, a Peugeot and a tow truck—and three others were injured, two of whom later died in hospital. The victims were a 69-year-old driver, a 73-year-old passenger (both died at the scene), and two female passengers in the Škoda passenger car, aged 63 and 60.
