Yesterday, officers from the Bolesławiec traffic police conducted intensified speed checks on the roads of the county. Police headquarters:
More than 40 vehicles were checked; in 28 cases, drivers disregarded the speed limit and were driving too fast.
That was not all. Officers: – One of the traffic offenders lost their driving licence for three months after exceeding the permitted speed by 54 km/h in a built-up area.
The statistics are frightening! KPP: – Yesterday alone, 1,253 drivers were stopped on the roads of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for violating regulations related specifically to exceeding the speed limit permitted on a given section of road.
