Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a man who committed an offence while driving a car. The police: – This year, a decision was issued to withdraw the driving privileges of the 33-year-old resident of Gromadka commune.

Article 180a of the Criminal Code states that “Anyone who, on a public road, in a residential zone or in a traffic zone, drives a motor vehicle in defiance of a decision by the competent authority to withdraw their driving entitlement is liable to a fine, restriction of liberty or imprisonment for up to 2 years.”
