Intervention at a petrol station involving officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec ended with the arrest of a foreigner. The unit stated: – Police officers received a report about a man causing a disturbance who had been removed from a coach operated by an international transport company for disturbing the peace of other passengers.
When the police officers intervened with the man from Italy, he began making threats and using vulgar language towards the uniformed officers.
The result? The 27-year-old was arrested and then brought before the District Court in Bolesławiec, where, under expedited proceedings, he was sentenced for making threats in order to prevent official duties from being carried out and for insulting Police officers.
