A reader wrote to us about an illegal dump in the forest behind Jeleniogórska Street, at the exit toward Lwówek:
It is a cycling path, a running path, a walking path.
And added:
What a shame.
We have written many times in these pages about the mess that some people leave in various places throughout our county. Often, when the matter concerned Miasto Ceramiki, we also asked the municipal police or the Municipal Housing Management Plant for comment. We understand that this problem cannot be completely eliminated. We know that the services cannot stand guard in one place around the clock.
Perhaps it is therefore worth appealing ONCE AGAIN—and certainly extremely naively—to the people who dispose of their problem in this way, asking them to care for the common good by not littering.
