At the parking lot by the Bolesławiec County Office building, the third edition of the spelling competition “Bolesławiec County – Discovering Its Secrets” was held. Nearly 100 participants took part in the event, facing a challenging dictation related to the history and attractions of our county.
The regularly organized competition aims not only to test knowledge of the rules of the Polish language, but also to promote our county and knowledge of the region. Participants representing various age groups proved that spelling can be not only a school obligation, but also an interesting and unifying form of competition.
Participants and county residents must wait until September 15 for the official competition results, when the names of the best spelling experts will be announced.
