Police officers from the Bolesławiec unit, patrolling the city in the morning, noticed a man they knew was wanted by the court. The 27-year-old was arrested and first taken to the local police station.
The Bolesławiec resident was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison for possessing a firearm or ammunition without the required permit and for using someone else’s document.
After the proceedings at the Bolesławiec police station had been completed, the man was taken to the Detention Centre in Jelenia Góra.
