As the company informs on its social media profile, following the selection by the Lwówek Śląski Municipal and Town Office of a new operator for transporting pupils to primary schools from September 1, 2025, PKS in Bolesławiec is forced to suspend services on the following routes:
- Lwówek Śląski – Dębowy Gaj – Dłużec – Lwówek Śląski
- Bielanka – Lwówek Śląski
- Lwówek Śląski – Bielanka – Dworek
- Lwówek Śląski – Rakowice Wielkie
- Rakowice Wielkie – Lwówek Śląski
- Lwówek Śląski – Gradówek – Niwnice – Lwówek Śląski
- Gradówek – Radłówka – Lwówek Śląski
- Lwówek Śląski – Kotliska – Niwnice
- Lwówek Śląski – Skała – Skorzynice
- Lwówek Śląski – Nagórze – Lwówek Śląski
- Lwówek Śląski – Włodzice – Lwówek Śląki
- Lwówek Śląski – Mojesz
- Lwówek Śląski – Pieszków – Lwówek Śląski
And
- 09:00 and 17:25 – Lwówek Śląski – Bolesławiec via Suszki
- 05:45 and 12:45 – Bolesławiec–Lwówek Śląski via Suszki
- 6:40 – Wleń – Lwówek Śląski
- 15:20 – Lwówek Śląski – Wleń
The suspension of services will affect, among others, students from the Wleń municipality, depriving them of the opportunity to get to morning classes in Lwówek Śląski. Despite assurances that connections on the Bolesławiec–Lwówek Śląski and Bolesławiec–Jelenia Góra routes would be maintained, the cancellation of the remaining services will negatively affect the mobility of residents of smaller towns, for whom PKS Bolesławiec has so far been the only means of transport. The company justifies its decision by citing a lack of profitability resulting from the reduced number of passengers on the routes mentioned.
