The incident occurred on Saturday, August 16, before midnight. The operation in the Bolesławiec market square took a dramatic turn. Police officers and security guards searched for a man who, as it later turned out, was lying behind the stalls.
The man did not respond to signals from his surroundings. It quickly became clear that his condition was caused by severe alcohol intoxication.
An emergency medical team was called to the scene. The man was transported to hospital.
