The incident occurred on Monday, July 28, in the afternoon, near the PKS bus station and the shopping park on Wesoła Street in Bolesławiec.
Initial information indicates that an argument and fight broke out there between two men. During the fight, the attacker used a stun gun.
According to witnesses, everything began with a heated exchange of words that quickly turned into a scuffle. The argument was reportedly caused by a mobile phone. As we were told, one of the men sold the other what was supposedly an iPhone. However, it was not an Apple product, but some kind of Chinese smartphone. When the man realized that it was not an iPhone, an argument and a physical altercation broke out.
The seller began hitting the buyer and also shocked him with a stun gun. Below is a statement from two direct witnesses to the incident.
“We heard cries of ‘help, help.’ Most likely one wanted to rob the other; he simply wanted to sell the phones. They were two iPhones, 16 Pro Max models. He wanted 7,000 for them. And they were literally some Chinese phones, just some old phones. The other man simply grabbed him from behind, and he started using the stun gun on his ear, neck, everywhere, and on his stomach. The police were called afterward,” one witness says.
“That fraudster was under the influence. He had a knife and some drugs with him, because the police told us,” the second witness adds.
The police have already secured footage from nearby surveillance cameras and collected information from witnesses. The participants in the fight are being questioned at the police station.
