A patrol from the Police Station in Kruszyn stopped a moped rider in one of the villages. Bolesławiec Police Headquarters: – He is a 68-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County who, since 2019, has been subject to a lifetime ban on driving all motor vehicles and has had his driving privileges revoked.
The man was arrested. The very next day, police officers brought the suspect before the District Court in Bolesławiec, where the 68-year-old received a verdict through expedited proceedings.
The resident of Bolesławiec County was ordered, among other things, to perform community service and pay a monetary contribution of PLN 5,000 to the Fund for Assistance to Victims and Post-Penitentiary Assistance.
