District officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters established that a resident of the town might be keeping prohibited substances in his apartment. The officers: – Their suspicions were confirmed. In the apartment used by the 41-year-old, the officers secured two glass jars containing dried plant material.

A test conducted by a police forensic technician confirmed that the secured substance was marijuana, from which more than 100 doses of the drug could have been obtained.

The detainee was charged. Possession of drugs is punishable by up to 3 years in prison.
