The incident occurred on the night of June 21–22, at around 11:00 p.m., in Raciborowice. The driver of a BMW, a 32-year-old Ukrainian citizen, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a roadside fence.
It was determined that the man had been drinking alcohol. His blood was taken for testing. Moreover, the foreign national was subject to a court-imposed driving ban.
The foreign national was detained. For violating the court-imposed ban, he may face up to five years in prison.
