After a 25-year break, passenger trains are returning to Karpacz! Thanks to the revitalization of the railway line between Jelenia Góra and Karpacz, which had been out of service for decades, it is once again possible to travel by train straight to the heart of this Karkonosze resort. With Koleje Dolnośląskie trains, you can reach your destination quickly and comfortably – from Jelenia Góra, you are just 18 minutes away from mountain trails, ski slopes and Karkonosze legends.
The Jelenia Góra–Karpacz route will have as many as 12 pairs of connections daily during the week and 14 pairs per day on summer weekends. Some of them will be operated by historic vintage trains – perfect for a nostalgic journey with atmosphere!
