“We’ll Throw Eggs at This Audi”

Residents of Sądowa Street in Bolesławiec are having trouble with an Audi. The car is often parked in front of the gate to the rubbish bin enclosure.

“We want the owner of the car parked on Sądowa Street to move it away from the rubbish bin enclosure gate, because at 6:00 a.m. the cleaning workers honk their horn, trying to reach the rubbish bins. If they do not do it themselves, we will throw eggs at this car ourselves,” the neighbours say.

We suggest that residents could also write a letter to the driver explaining the problem and leave it under the windscreen wiper.

We asked Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej whether the problem of cars being parked by rubbish bin enclosures is a frequent one and how they deal with it.

Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec reports that throughout the city, particularly in residential estates, access roads are often blocked, while vehicles are left beside rubbish bin enclosures and waste containers. This significantly hinders, and sometimes makes it impossible, to collect waste.
In every case, the problem is reported to the Municipal Police.

We ask residents for understanding and to avoid blocking rubbish bin enclosures, especially during waste collection hours, from 06:00 to 14:00.
