In May this year, the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Bolesławiec published a notice regarding the lease or sale of the “Leśny Potok” facility in Bolesławiec, which reads, among other things:
The Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Bolesławiec announces its intention to lease or sell an exceptional facility – the “Leśny Potok” complex, located on Jeleniogórska Street. This is not just a place, but a true oasis of recreation and relaxation for residents and tourists!
What will happen to the facility on Jeleniogórska Street, and who will buy or rent it – time will tell. We will return to the subject.
Let us recall. In February, we reported that the city authorities wanted the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre to focus on the water park on Spacerowa Street:
The matter was raised during the December session of the Bolesławiec City Council. There are plans for Leśny Potok to be operated by a private entity. Two options are being considered: either the sale of the facility or its lease.
Why? The city authorities want the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre to focus on the water park on Spacerowa Street, which will open as early as June this year.
As we have managed to establish, Leśny Potok will certainly operate normally until the end of March. What happens next – time will tell. For now, there is still no bidder.
