We already reported at the beginning of last year that there were plans for a private entity to operate Leśny Potok. Two options were then under consideration: either selling the property or leasing it.
Now Bolesławiec City has decided that it wants to sell Leśny Potok after all. Information about this has already appeared at the property itself. However, the tender has not yet been announced. As we have managed to establish, it is currently being prepared.
Who will buy Leśny Potok and for how much is not known yet. What will be built there? In an interview with Radio Wrocław, mayor Piotr Roman said:
We would like whoever bought it to build, for example, a hotel with the possibility of fishing or even holding some kind of beach party in this place.
