As emphasized by the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters:

In Bolesławiec County, police officers collect and analyze information every day to determine the whereabouts of people wanted by the justice system in connection with a sentence imposed or the need to carry out various procedures.

On Tuesday, May 20, three men were arrested; all were wanted by the District Court in Bolesławiec. Neighborhood police officers from Nowogrodziec arrested a 41-year-old man who will spend nearly four months in prison for an offense against the family, as well as a 32-year-old man who had failed to pay a fine imposed in connection with traffic offenses. (As a result of disregarding the judgment, the court converted the fine into a substitute sentence, and the man became wanted to serve the sentence. He still had the opportunity to settle the arrears, so he took advantage of it and paid the fine.)

Meanwhile, Bolesławiec neighborhood police officers arrested a 38-year-old man who was wanted for criminal threats and has to serve a sentence of nearly eight months in prison.
