Update
As established by the Bolesławiec police, the Volkswagen driver failed to yield the right of way to the driver of the Seat. The at-fault driver was fined PLN 1,100.
The incident occurred on 30 April at around 2:00 p.m. At the intersection of Piastów and Spokojna streets, two vehicles collided: a Volkswagen van with Lwówek registration plates and a passenger Seat (DBL).
Preliminary findings indicate that no one suffered any serious injuries.
Drivers should expect disruptions at this intersection.
Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
