As reported by the Zgorzelec District Police Headquarters:
We appeal to those travelling on the A4 motorway towards Germany to possibly choose other border crossings.
The police explain: – Due to holiday return traffic and border checks carried out by the German side, a traffic jam has formed on the approach to the border crossing in Jędrzychowice.
They also appeal:
We recommend checking traffic intensity on an ongoing basis and choosing alternative routes across the border, for example in Radomierzyce. For vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tonnes, the border crossing in Sieniawka is recommended, where traffic is moving normally.
