The incident occurred on April 17, before 1:00 p.m., in one of the villages of the Lubomierz municipality. The services received a report that a man had fallen from a loader and sustained very serious injuries.
Police, firefighters and an emergency medical team were dispatched to the scene. Until the ambulance arrived, the injured 61-year-old was resuscitated by firefighters and police officers.

Unofficial reports say that the tragedy occurred when a farmer and his wife undertook to secure a tarpaulin torn loose by strong winds. A loader was supposed to help with this, and the man stepped into its bucket. When the bucket was already high up, the 61-year-old fell.
Police and the prosecutor’s office are investigating the causes and circumstances of the tragedy.
