The incident occurred during the night of April 10–11, at around 2:00 a.m., on the A4. The 55-year-old tow truck driver from Legnica failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions and struck an energy-absorbing barrier.
The man from Legnica was transporting three vehicles. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The perpetrator was fined. The uniformed officers appeal for prudence and caution on the road.
