The incident occurred on April 8, in the morning, on national road No. 94, near Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. Bolesławiec police:
Preliminary findings indicate that the 23-year-old car driver, while overtaking a two-wheeled vehicle, struck a man riding a bicycle with the side of his car.
Both participants in the incident are residents of Bolesławiec County. The cyclist, who sustained injuries to his lower limbs, was taken to hospital.
