A patrol of the Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a 55-year-old man from Kłodzko County who was driving a car. The police said:
A breathalyser test showed that the man had 1.6 per mille of alcohol in his system. The officers immediately confiscated the driver’s licence.
The 55-year-old faces up to 3 years in prison, a long-term loss of his driving licence and financial consequences for the offence he committed.
