The ceremony for presenting certificates concluding the EU-funded project entitled “Implementation of a Comprehensive Development Programme for the Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych” was held on Thursday, 10 March. The school joined the project in 2009. Its aim was to foster entrepreneurial attitudes, adapt the educational offer to the needs of the labour market and increase the school’s appeal.
Eighty students of ZSHiU took part in the project. The school acquired, among other things, 17 computers. An e-learning platform was launched, and a call center was also established, where students had the opportunity to conduct business conversations in English and German. The school’s students also underwent commercial skills training and took part in workshops on merchandising and handling complaints.
