The March session of the Bolesławiec City Council is underway. Presenting a report on the most important actions taken between sessions, the Mayor of the City of Ceramics mentioned a meeting with the Lower Silesian Voivode. He stressed that he does not know WHETHER Bolesławiec will receive money to remove the effects of the flood. – Six months have passed, the losses have been acknowledged – Piotr Roman remarked. – There is no answer; we know nothing. The situation is absolutely unclear. I did not expect us to receive no assistance whatsoever from the state.
He immediately added that he knew some municipalities had received money. But neither the Municipal Gmina nor Bolesławiec Gmina received a single zloty. And this, as the mayor noted, calls some Bolesławiec investments into question. – We have more and more doubts as to whether we will even manage to build a temporary bridge – he stated.
We will return to this topic.
