The incident occurred on 18 March.
(…) at around 10 a.m., we were alerted by residents of one of the buildings on Bolesławiecka Street in Nowogrodziec about a person calling for help from one of the ground-floor apartments. After establishing contact with the injured person and gathering information, they proceeded to force open the door.
They add: – Using tools, the door was opened and qualified first aid was provided.
The injured person was attended to by an emergency medical team.
