The construction of the pavement, which cost a total of PLN 51,000, was commissioned by the City Office. The contractor was Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej.

The pavement, 125 m long and 1.7 m wide (with a total area of 212.5 sq m), is not only a new piece of infrastructure, but above all a convenience for residents and visitors to the market.

As part of the project, a number of preparatory works were carried out, including excavation, grading and profiling of the terrain. A mechanically stabilised basalt aggregate sub-base was used, ensuring the durability and stability of the surface.

Concrete kerbs were installed along the entire length of the pavement, and the surface was made of concrete paving blocks.

Additionally, a culvert for groundwater and rainwater was created as part of the investment, while the verges were reinforced with basalt aggregate or covered with topsoil, depending on the terrain requirements.

It is worth noting that, due to the difficult terrain and limited access for equipment, much of the work was carried out by hand.
