Councillors of Gmina Bolesławiec approved changes to the budget that make it possible to begin work on establishing a new municipal unit. The newly created Shared Services Centre will be responsible for managing municipal areas, maintaining bus stops, mowing roadside verges, carrying out minor repairs and many other tasks that were previously outsourced to external companies.
The goal? Municipal officials: – Above all, savings and improved management of municipal infrastructure processes.
They add: – Thanks to the establishment of the Shared Services Centre, the municipality will be able to respond faster and more effectively to residents’ reports, which will translate into better functioning of public spaces.
And they announce:
The Shared Services Centre will gradually take over additional responsibilities, and its activities will be adapted to residents’ current needs and the municipality’s priorities.
