As the county hospital reports:

The application submitted by St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec as part of the Ministry of Health’s call for proposals under the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) received a positive recommendation for implementation.

After signing the agreement, we will receive PLN 19,757,335.70 in funding from the Ministry of Health for investments in long-term and geriatric care at our hospital.

It adds:

This significant financial support will help us improve the standards of care and treatment for seniors and people requiring constant care in our county.

What will the money be used for?

A Long-Term Care and Treatment Facility will be established for chronically ill patients, providing services aimed at helping maintain vital functions. The Bolesławiec Healthcare Group intends to build new infrastructure housing the Long-Term Care and Treatment Facility, along with modern equipment, medical devices and the necessary furnishings.
