On February 25, officers from the Traffic Department of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters conducted the “Speed” operation. The officers checked whether drivers traveling on the roads of the district were complying with speed limits.
The result? The police report: – Police patrols inspected 56 vehicles; in 44 cases, drivers disregarded speed limits. In addition, the police confiscated the driving license of a driver who exceeded the speed limit in a built-up area by more than 50 km/h. Among those detained was a driver who did not have the required authorization, as well as a driver under the influence of alcohol, who will be held responsible for a traffic offense.
