Bolesławiec criminal investigators, following numerous operational findings, traced an apartment where two young men were staying. – As soon as the entrance door was opened, an intense, characteristic smell of marijuana was noticeable – reports Acting Sub-Inspector Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer for KPP Bolesławiec. – A police dog handler was brought in to search the premises.

In the apartment occupied by the 22-year-olds, officers secured marijuana from which more than 4,500 retail doses could have been obtained. In addition, the officers found accessories including a scale, bags for portioning the dried substance and several mobile phones.

Both men were arrested. They were charged with possessing a significant quantity of narcotics and supplying them to other people several times over a period of four months.

The prosecutor placed the suspects under police supervision. The spokesperson said: – They face up to ten years in prison for possessing a significant quantity of narcotics.
