The owner of Trei, which owns the site on Staroszkolna Street by the bypass, also contacted me. He informed me that the agreement with Leroy Merlin had been signed. That was about two weeks ago.
The mayor added that the president of Trei had declared that construction work should begin in the first quarter. And that it would start with the “construction of the road system,” namely a roundabout on road no. 94 and an exit from the roundabout onto Staroszkolna Street.
