We inform you that Bolesławiec County has received a funding commitment of PLN 10,992,708, issued by the Minister of Finance, for the implementation in 2025–2028 of the project entitled Reconstruction of bridge structure JNI 31000976 over the former channel of the Bóbr River (relief channel) along county road no. 2273D near Kraszowice.
We would like to note that on 15 October 2024, Bolesławiec County already submitted applications concerning the reconstruction of damaged roads and bridges as part of flood relief assistance to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office.
The September flood caused significant damage to roads and bridges, making it impossible to move efficiently around the county and limiting access to many places. The town of Kraszowice was particularly badly affected, with infrastructure damage being exceptionally severe. The construction of the bridge in Kraszowice is intended not only to restore normal transport conditions, but also to improve residents' safety in the face of a changing climate and increasingly frequent weather events such as floods.
