Already in May, the grove on Piastów Street will become a new place for recreation and improving cycling skills thanks to the construction of the Bolesławiec Bike Skills Park. Bolesławiec City Hall: “Surveying work is currently under way, and routes are being marked out in the field.

It adds: “The park is intended to create a space for cyclists, including an XC route with new technical obstacles, as well as a recreational and off-road bike trail with a total length of 4 km. The project provides for three levels of route difficulty, allowing both beginners and advanced cyclists to use them. The easiest path will also be accessible to wheelchair users.

It further explains:

The park will feature a variety of obstacles, such as movable ramps, bunny hops, logs, pump & jump elements and many other technical features that will help develop cycling skills. In addition, a shelter and bicycle racks will be built to ensure users’ comfort.

The project is being carried out by PUMPIT from Wrocław, and the total investment cost will amount to PLN 921,270. City officials: “Bolesławiec will gain a new quality of cycling recreation, which will certainly attract enthusiasts of spending active time outdoors.
